DIRECTIONS

  1. To make oats vegetable soup heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan.Once the oil is hot add 1 tsp of cumin seeds allow it turn golden brown.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion,cook on medium flame until slightly golden brown.
  3. Add 2 small size chopped tomatoes ,cook on medium flame until soft and mushy. 
  4. Add 2-3 chilies and few curry leaves mix for few seconds.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of salt or as per the taste.
  6. Add 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8.  Mix all the dry powder well and cook on medium flame until oil separates.
  9. Time to add 1 cup of oats,combine well.
  10. Add 4 glass of water.
  11. Mix well,cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  12. Bring it to a boil.
  13. After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
  14. Squeeze half lemon juice.
  15. Coriander leaves .
  16. Our oats soup is ready to serve hot.

  6. Few curry leaves
  7. 1 tbsp salt

  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 cup oats – 1 Cup
  11. 4 glass Water
  12. Half lemon juice
  13. Coriander leaves.
