DIRECTIONS
- To make oats vegetable soup heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan.Once the oil is hot add 1 tsp of cumin seeds allow it turn golden brown.
- Add 1 chopped onion,cook on medium flame until slightly golden brown.
- Add 2 small size chopped tomatoes ,cook on medium flame until soft and mushy.
- Add 2-3 chilies and few curry leaves mix for few seconds.
- Add 1 tbsp of salt or as per the taste.
- Add 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Mix all the dry powder well and cook on medium flame until oil separates.
- Time to add 1 cup of oats,combine well.
- Add 4 glass of water.
- Mix well,cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Bring it to a boil.
- After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
- Squeeze half lemon juice.
- Coriander leaves .
- Our oats soup is ready to serve hot.
