Mixed vegetable soup with pasta masala ! सब्जी का सूप कैसे बनाये

An easy and healthy soup recipe made with a combination of vegetables with pasta masala. An ideal healthy meal which can be served from morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and also for light snacks and dinner.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan.
  2. Once the oil is heated time to add vegetables.
  3. Firstly,will add 1 cup chopped carrot.
  4. Half cup chopped cabbage.
  5. Half cup chopped green beans.
  6. Fry all the vegetables on medium flame for 5 minutes or until slightly soft.
  7. Add 1 tbsp salt ,mix well in vegetables.
  8. After 5 minutes time to add 2 glass of water,increase water consistency as per requirements.
  9. Time to add few more vegetables.
  10. 1 chopped capsicum.
  11. Few green peas.
  12. Few sweet corn seeds.
  13. 1 big size spring onion.
  14. Mix everything well,cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or until vegetable slightly become soft.
  15. Add 1 tbsp of black pepper.
  16. 1 tbsp of chili flakes.
  17. Mix well,allow it to cook for 5 minutes or until a good boil.
  18. After 5 minutes add 1 tbsp of Pasta masala.
  19. Mix well,allow it cook for 1 minutes on medium flame.
  20. For thick consistency,in a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp of cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water.
  21. Add cornflour mixture in soup stir continuously without any lums.
  22. Cook for a while on medium flame.
  23. After 2-3 minutes our soup is ready to serve hot.
