Mixed vegetable soup with pasta masala ! सब्जी का सूप कैसे बनाये
An easy and healthy soup recipe made with a combination of vegetables with pasta masala. An ideal healthy meal which can be served from morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and also for light snacks and dinner.

DIRECTIONS
- Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan.
- Once the oil is heated time to add vegetables.
- Firstly,will add 1 cup chopped carrot.
- Half cup chopped cabbage.
- Half cup chopped green beans.
- Fry all the vegetables on medium flame for 5 minutes or until slightly soft.
- Add 1 tbsp salt ,mix well in vegetables.
- After 5 minutes time to add 2 glass of water,increase water consistency as per requirements.
- Time to add few more vegetables.
- 1 chopped capsicum.
- Few green peas.
- Few sweet corn seeds.
- 1 big size spring onion.
- Mix everything well,cook on medium flame for 5 minutes or until vegetable slightly become soft.
- Add 1 tbsp of black pepper.
- 1 tbsp of chili flakes.
- Mix well,allow it to cook for 5 minutes or until a good boil.
- After 5 minutes add 1 tbsp of Pasta masala.
- Mix well,allow it cook for 1 minutes on medium flame.
- For thick consistency,in a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp of cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water.
- Add cornflour mixture in soup stir continuously without any lums.
- Cook for a while on medium flame.
- After 2-3 minutes our soup is ready to serve hot.
